Here we are on the cusp of a historic Pentecost and I just read an article about pastors delaying their openings on ChurchLeaders.com. Churches Are Essential, So Let’s Not Rush to Reopen, Pastors Reason!
I absolutely marvel at what this reveals about the condition of the Church and what our seminaries and bible colleges have produced. The lack of understanding of fundamental principles and truths is infuriating.
Understand, I sincerely believe it is right for each leadership team to decide what's right for them and their congregation. But I am angered by the reasoning I see and the amount of scripture that is ignored.
At the same time I am incredibly excited and encouraged that we are priviledged to live during this historic time on this particular Pentecost.
