The word Hosea spoke in 4:6 remains true today. God said through His prophet, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge..." The modern American Christian, for the most part, is ill equipped for today for their senses have not been exercised to discern both good and evil (Hebrews 5:14). Most don't know that there are lots of examples of good kings and bad kings in the Bible and there are plenty of examples of how God had His prophets address them and pray for them. There is clear direction how to pray for leaders who are corrupt or steal offices. Note that as I say this, there is clear direction on how to pray for good kings' to.
In this word I'll share how Elijah prayed for Ahab and Jezebell, how John the Baptist prayed for Herod and Herodias, and how Nathan prayed for Absalom as he tried to steal the kingdom and how Jeremiah dealt with King Jehoiakim as he sought to imprison and kill the prophet. Trust me, those lessons were not lost on Paul and Silas as they prayed for King Herod (Acts 12). It never ends well for those who practice what the Bible describes as wicked.
An examination of Revelation 18 reveals keen insight as to what is drawn into and attracted to, the Babylonian system and in fact is imprisoned there. It is why God is calling His people out. He does not want His people suffering the consequences determined for demons.
Around the 18-minute mark I'll share the revelation God showed me about who He is promoting these days. Hint, it is those who take a stand and do not draw back. I can't wait for you to hear the word He shared with me.
Finally, you will discover why I am not only not worried, but in fact, very joyful in the midst of this storm.
