2021 Leadership Summit By Tim Taylor February 22, 2022 - On the 16th we hosted our monthly call for our league of ministers. These are those who are either part of our Family or Tribe. In this group, you will find all the fivefold ministry gifts represented. Our purpose is threefold.
Here's a summary of what we discovered.
- Report what is God doing. Sometimes it is a praise report and sometimes it is a challenge. Sometimes it becomes an opportunity to consult with peer ministers to get the wisdom of God. Sometimes it is just to pray, but oftentimes it is all the above.
- Hear, what is the Lord saying?
- Based upon the word(s), what does God require of KLI?

Reports from our Ministers
Northwest Life Center & Elma House of Prayer - They are called to restore David's tabernacle. Troy, their apostle/pastor and founder reports how well their Destiny Partners program is growing. It is a service they are offering ministry and marketplace leaders. They've added a special harp and bowl session to their worship each week on behalf of their Destiny Partners. The partners are contributing to 24/7 prayer, praise and worship and they receive targeted intercession and prophetic reports.
Kingdom Builders International - (formerly WISDOM Ministries) - Apostle & Dr. Charlene reports how they just acquired a new property that will serve as a ministry base, a training center and transitional housing for women coming out of prison or off the streets. What is KBI? It is like KLI! It's becoming an apostolic hub. An ARC. An apostolic resource center.
Warring Dove International - Apostle Lisa is the founder with a strong prophetic anointing in the last year has been on a number of prophetic assignments traveling across the US with a special focus on First Nations. This includes their Roaming Buffalo Project aimed and ministering to school-aged children on the reservations. In April she will be hosting an apostolic council in Vantage Washington.
India Prayer League & Jesus Christ Prayer House - Nani is the senior pastor of Jesus Christ Prayer House and has planted 3 other churches. In 2017 we commissioned him as an apostle with a charge to mobilize prayer using the 1Church1Day strategy in India. On February 12th they added some more pastors from Rajahmundry to IPL. Unfortunately, he was not able to join us on this call but here's a recent report he shared. See above.
Global Development Partners - John is the apostle and founder of this business (marketplace ministry). He reports great progress and great challenges which are catapulting them forward.
Axiom Ministries - Ross is a seer/pastor and reports making great progress towards standing up Axiom Ministries once again.

Adonai Child Rehabilitation and MT Horeb Prayer Center - John Mark was not able to join us on the call as they were dealing with Omicron starting to spread among their children as well as the refugees they took in. The Passian's are excited to be co-laboring with another team on a church plant in Federal Way Washington. On Saturday that team will be hosting their Celebrate and Dedicate night at the Federal Way Mall (South Commons). They just got the keys for their new space.
Prepare for Transformation - the Krames were battling COViD during a sabbatical Carl took to seek the Lord for 2022.
Carry the Fire - The Driessen's are doing great. They are planning for 2022 and training in Wisconsin.
Axios Ministries & the Prophetic Community - Carl is very much in the fight for his nation, Australia. Praying for the provision and a location for his home/base of operations. Rejoicing with him as his new book, Restoring Kingly Forgiveness, ended up on one of Amazon's best sellers list.
Dwelling Place Ministries - The Boyds are doing great in Michigan.
Grace Ministries - Ron's book Freedom to Worship - How to Guard Your Constitutional Rights from Infringement by Government Agencies has become a very timely tool in today's culture war. His book begins with a situation that began in 2010 with a house church. Most don't realize how starting with Woodrow Wilson and followed by FDR how progressive leaders began to use administrative procedures to set up a whole host of alphabet soup kinds of agencies such there are literally hundreds of little/big agencies today like the IRS, FDA, ATF, DEA, HUD, TSA etc.... who've been empowered to bypass Congress. Did you know that only lawmakers were supposed to make laws? Woodrow Wilson and then FDR used these agencies to bypass that part of the Constitution. Hence, there are a host of agencies run by non-elected people (like little monarchies) who create rules for the masses. The bottom line is regulation without representation. Ron's book shows how to use the agency's own rules to put them on the defense. Though this example is not in his book, it's what some moms across the country have been doing putting superintendents and school boards on the defense and forcing them to lift the mask requirements.

What is God Saying?
2-22-2022 - The Restoration of David's Tabernacle
I hosted this call on February 16, 2022. The word I will share here, I/we have been working towards for years. Today is 2-22-2022. Isaiah 22:20-22 and 2 Samuel 22:6-14 speak volumes to me. Why? Because both of these scriptures have to do with our assignment in Christ and the restoration of David's tabernacle. That my friends is the key to the harvest.
2 Samuel 22:6-14 is the same portion of scripture we find in Psalm 18:6-14. That is the origin of when we changed the name of CONECT (the prayer mobilization strategy, based upon the restoration of David's tabernacle and Nehemiah - Christian Outreach Network Establishing City-wide Teamwork) which became Operation Rolling Thunder. That was the beginnings of the signs and wonders God used to mark ORT and then 1Church1Day. It describes the heart of the author of David's tabernacle and the designer of the strategy we follow. This day reminds of 2 Samuel 22 as well as Isaiah 22:20-22. It's about the key of David.
Isaiah 22:20-22 20 'Then it shall be in that day,
That I will call My servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah;
21 I will clothe him with your robe
And strengthen him with your belt;
I will commit your responsibility into his hand.
He shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem
And to the house of Judah.
22 The key of the house of David
I will lay on his shoulder;
So he shall open, and no one shall shut;
And he shall shut, and no one shall open.
The key of David is the 1st decision David made as king in 1 Chronicle's 13. That decision was to bring back God's presence to his city and his kingdom. He set up the organization to facilitate 24/7 prayer, praise, and worship and ensured they had the resources, the finances, the offerings to sustain the worship 24/7 365 days per year. That marked the beginning and the expansion of the kingdom. We've been working on this since 1992 and this date, combined with the prophetic words and the condition of the world say to me, "we were made for such a time as this." This call was made for the time of the 3rd Great Awakening.
There is a Remnant Church Rising
Troy said, there is a remnant church arising that is replacing Lucifer's role. He had instruments created in his body (Ezk 28:13-14 & Isa. 14:13-18). Robin Bullock was describing how as he walked on the fiery stones the instruments in his body would play. Troy was greatly impacted by that as, that is what they've been doing through their harp and bowl prayer sets.
They are, we are working together to see David's tabernacle restore (Amos 9:11-13, Acts 15:16-17) and that is the key to the harvest. Troy said, we took his (Lucifer's) spot and that is why he hates us so much. Troy was greatly encouraged by Robin's words as he was helping Troy articulate that which they'd been sensing in God's presence.
If we don't praise God, then the very rocks will cry out. Ross shared how that1 Peter 2:5 says that we are living stones being built into a spiritual house, a holy priesthood to offer spiritual sacrifices. As God words go forth, it continues to go forth. It does not return void (Isa. 55:11).
Lisa added, that in physics if you speed up sound it turns into light. Light speaks of revelation. As God speaks, as His light goes forth, revelation comes. Singing in the spirit bridges the space-time continuum that manifests revelation. Revelation is essential for if we do not hear God if we do not have a heavenly vision, then how can we obey?
God is calling His people back to a place of intercession like never before. It is in that place of apostolic intercession where revelation comes. Worship is the key to revelation.
Charlene then shared how the Lord had led them in worship to listen specifically for "the sound." Her people were all amazed when they were hearing the same thing in the spirit. It was a consistent voice. We need to be intentional in listening and training our people to hear.
If God is speaking to the body parts, then we need the mind of Christ. That only comes when I first begin to worship.
Ross when on to say how God speaks to him mostly in the night season. We need to make that portal bigger so we will know how to build and to war in this season.
The Keys to the Kingdom and a Wedding
Brenda shared how God had clearly spoken He was giving us the keys to the kingdom. Specific keys for specific things. Some we know (love, hope, and faith.) Others will come afresh. The main one God is putting His finger on now is love. Love is the greatest key. Faith works by love. Ephesians 3:14-20 speaks of how we need to get filled full that love that we might fulfill our Father's purpose. For God has chosen to dwell in hearts of flesh to make His glory known.
John has been marveling at two words. Invitation and children. The invitation comes from Revelation 4:1. We are invited to come up here so God can show us things we do not know. In Deuteronomy 29:29 it says, "The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law."
Proverbs 25:2 2 It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter.
God delights to meet with us and wants us to come more often and stay longer in His presence.
Also, Holy Spirit is at work in God's people preparing a bride. There has been a song he's heard in heaven recently. "Going to the chapel and we are going to get married...." Truly preparations are being made.
Brenda added on earth, there is a war. but In heaven, they are preparing for a wedding.
Vetting & Marking
Lisa heard there is a vetting process underway. The process is almost finished as God is marking the foreheads of His remnant and His administration like never before. We are entering a time of new seasons and doors. They are opening. Pray for leaders who like the sons of Issachar have understanding of these times to know what to do.
She heard, Psalms 132:18 His enemies I will clothe with shame, But upon Himself His crown shall flourish."
It's all about boundaries which are being violated. The enemy is trying to flip the switch from voting to individual identity.
We must pray to put boundaries back and to resist the antichrist anointing. Why? It is the anointing, the Christ, that breaks the yoke.
Philippians 4:1 1 Therefore, my beloved and longed-for brethren, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved.
The need to be one with our Father and one with each other has never been greater (John 17:21) as the enemy seeks to change times, seasons and laws. Satan's goal is a perpetual delay.
Therefore, let us pray and act with these scriptures in mind.
What is KLI Doing?
Each month I host an apostolic/prophetic council for Washington State. One of our members is a businessman, a minister who hosts Street Church, and he is running for Congress. He heard a word about dominion and this led to an apostolic strategy to address election integrity.
We Will Continue to Steward 1Church1Day
The spread of this strategy throughout the earth continues. Why there are even other movements such at the Day2Pray that was a spin-off of 1Church1Day. Each of these expressions translates into facilitating churches to take a day to pray within a community and collaborating with leaders in that community. We've allied with Northwest Life Center and the House of Prayer Elma to continue pioneering 24/7 prayer, praise, and worship. Each month for well over 1.5 years we sow offerings in worship to continue to model not only the prayer but to model the distribution of tithes and offerings used to employ teams of worship leaders to follow David's pattern while connecting leaders from the 7 mountains with the Church, the ecclesia who is following in David's footsteps. These prophets and worship teams pray each week for KLI and our ministries and ministers such as GDP.
Operation Just Cause III
Last July while serving John Anderson and GDP we launched Operation Just Cause. We are building upon that foundational word/strategy and adding to it God's word cursing the root of Dominion Voting Systems. We are praying for the cover-up to be exposed.
Quarterly Conferences
We had been doing quarterly Zoom conferences every quarter to introduce everyone to our KLI cadre of ministers. However, censorship, banning etc.. has all but shut me and KLI down on the main social media programs we'd used. They so don't like our message that they have restricted us, shadow banned us etc... and won't allow any advertising.
Therefore, I'll be changing the format and strategy to highlight the incredible league of churches, ministries, ministers and apostolic networks and ministers we have in league with us. I'll announce that change soon.
Annual Leadership Summit
We are working on a location for our annual Leadership Summit. It is being planned for September 27-October 1st in the greater Seattle area.
