The Latter Days & The Day of the Lord
Joel 2:2 – A People Are Come Like the World Has Never Seen!
A day of darkness and gloominess,
A day of clouds and thick darkness,
Like the morning clouds spread over the mountains.

The like of whom has never been;
Nor will there ever be any such after them,
Even for many successive generations.
I want to be one of these people. How about you?
Isaiah 2:2-3 – The Mountain of the Lord’s House refers to Mount Zion.
This was the location of David’s Tabernacle. It is where King David called upon the Levites to organize teams of priests to minister to the Lord through day and night prayer, praise and worship. Prayer, praise and worship is part of the atmosphere of heaven.
Isaiah 2:2-3
Now it shall come to pass in the latter days
That the mountain of the Lord's house
Shall be established on the top of the mountains,
And shall be exalted above the hills;
And all nations shall flow to it.
Many people shall come and say,
“Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
To the house of the God of Jacob;
He will teach us His ways,
And we shall walk in His paths.”
For out of Zion shall go forth the law,
And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.'
Isaiah 22:22 – The Key to All the Keys
The key of the house of David
I will lay on his shoulder;
So he shall open, and no one shall shut;
And he shall shut, and no one shall open.
The First Decision David Made as King
The very first decision that David made after he was anointed king was to consult with the leaders in Israel and he asked them this question.
1 Chronicles 13:2-4
And David said to all the assembly of Israel, “If it seems good to you, and if it is of the Lord our God, let us send out to our brethren everywhere who are left in all the land of Israel, and with them to the priests and Levites who are in their cities and their common-lands, that they may gather together to us; and let us bring the ark of our God back to us, for we have not inquired at it since the days of Saul.” Then all the assembly said that they would do so, for the thing was right in the eyes.
The ark of the covenant is a type and shadow referring among other things to God’s abiding presence. David asks if they want to bring back God’s presence so they could “inquire” of God. Inquire in the Hebrew means to seek and ask with worship. So, what did David do?
David sought to make at home in his city. How, did he make God welcome? Through continual prayer, praise and worship. They enthroned God in their praises (Psalm 22:3). It invites God to come and have a seat and prop His feet up on the footstool (Psalm 2:2, Psalm 110:2 and Acts 2:29-35). Why was it 24/7/ prayer, praise and worship 365 days a year? It was because they wanted His presence to abide in their city/nation. He sought to create the atmosphere of heaven on earth so God would be welcome here.
What is the Key of David?
It is God’s abiding presence. It was the very first decision David made as king. It opened up many opportunities to expand the kingdom and it set up another generation to exceed him. It’s the same today.
This can be done personally and corporately for:
Psalms 16:11
You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
Ephesians 2:18
For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.

God Marks the Word with a Sign

I wrote this orginal aritcle two weeks in advance as God was speaking to me about 2's in scripture that He was highlighting. The following jpg was shared many times around Facebook along with a variety of prophets sharing their prophetic revelation of what the palindrone pointed to. It was a once in a century event. Many of the prophets shared the some of the same scriptures referenced above. The one scripture I did not reference is also powerful. 2 Chronicles 20:20 which says..."believe His prophets and so shall you prosper."
Some may ask, why did I not hear 2 Chronicles 20:20 to? It's because 1 Corinthians 13:9 says, "For we know in part and we prophesy in part."
No one minister or prophet has it all. God made us to need each other. We need to put the parts together to get the big picture in order to get the whole counsel of God's word.
My advice is, don't be enamored by the signs but don't ignore them either. God was highlighting His word that He wants the Church to proclaim and then act upon in love.
Our first job is to "proclaim God's word."
Psalms 68:11 - The Lord gave the word; Great was the company of those who proclaimed it:
