We spoke two days ago and he shared with me what was on our heavenly Father's heart with regards to fasting, repentance, the troubles that are unfolding as demonic forces seek to interfere in this upcoming election to remove President Trump. I serve like a sounding board as I also hear and see. We were certianly hearing the same things.
He shared an open vision he had wherein he saw the snow on the mountains very low and early. He believed it was a sign God was giving to indicate God was putting the church's sin in the deep freeze. It pointed to Isaiah 1:18 and he said he expected winter to come early and be more harsh with temperatures dropping down to even sub-zero.
Isaiah 1:18 in the Amplified Classic version says, “Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be like wool."

In the context of all the prophetic voices speaking across America, there is a crescendo of ministers (i.e. Praying & Fasting for the Return, Franklin Graham's prayer walk on the same day in DC etc.) calling the Church and our nation to repentance. We joined in and issued an invitation to join us in prayer with fasting to humble ourselves.
This is the scenario that creates an atmosphere for a wave or repentance to sweep our nation. The heavy snow will be a sign of many repenting of their sins and turning to the Lord and in doing so, sin will be put into a deep freeze.
Does God Use Weather?
I submit to you the following which I learned through my stewardship of Operation Rolling Thunder and then 1Church1Day.
First, don't be enamored or so focused on the sign, but don't ignore it either. The sign is not the main thing but rather the Word of God the sign points to. The scripture also says:
Job 37:2-6
Hear attentively the thunder of His voice,
And the rumbling that comes from His mouth.
3 He sends it forth under the whole heaven,
His lightning to the ends of the earth.
4 After it a voice roars;
He thunders with His majestic voice,
And He does not restrain them when His voice is heard.
5 God thunders marvelously with His voice;
He does great things which we cannot comprehend.
6 For He says to the snow, 'Fall on the earth';
Likewise to the gentle rain and the heavy rain of His strength.
Job 37:10-13
By the breath of God ice is given,
And the broad waters are frozen.
11 Also with moisture He saturates the thick clouds;
He scatters His bright clouds.
12 And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance,
That they may do whatever He commands them
On the face of the whole earth.
13 He causes it to come,
Whether for correction,
Or for His land,
Or for mercy.
Job 38:22-24
"Have you entered the treasury of snow,
Or have you seen the treasury of hail,
23 Which I have reserved for the time of trouble,
For the day of battle and war?
24 By what way is light diffused,
Or the east wind scattered over the earth?
Is the Prophetic Word Conditional?
As a matter of fact, almost all prophetic words are conditional. It depends on people's response. For example, God sent Isaiah to tell King Hezekiah to get his house in order for he was going to die (Isaiah 38). But, due to Hezekiah's response, God sent Isaiah back and gave him 15 more years.
It's the same with this word. The bottom line, this word underscores the need for our nation to repent, starting with the Church. As the wave of repentance sweeps this nation, we'll see God mark His word to encourage us to continue until we see the results.
Psalm 68:11 says, "the Lord gave the word." Well, that is what God uses prophets for. To share God's heart.
Psalm 68:11 goes on to say, "and great was the company of those who proclaimed it."
God is watching to see what we do. How will we respond?
Lend Your Heart and Tongue to the Lord
So let us lend our hearts and tongue to our Father's will and declare:
Come, let us reason together, though your sins be as scarlet, yet they shall be white as snow America.
