You see, no vision is fulfilled alone. I believe every person has been given a divine assignment (Psalm 139:16) and every vision is always part of a greater vision. Understanding what your vision, missions and values are will help you find your tribe. You'll discover who you were called to serve and who you were called to disciple.
Words fail to truly capture the gratitude I have for those whom God has called us to serve and serve with through the years. From the Davidic Company in Watchman Ministries International days to KLI's Family, Tribe and Fellow Workers. We are so grateful for each whom we've become privileged to serve our Father's purpose in this generation.
Here's a copy of the newsletter we just sent to our donors with our thanks for last year's giving.

Greetings in Jesus’ name! Did you know that Brenda and I were commissioned into the ministry on May 10, 1992 (Mother’s Day) and that was the day that Watchman Ministries International (WMI) was officially launched in a house church? I remember those early days of big vision and little provision. I remember the map we put on the wall praying as the Lord led us around the world in prayer sometimes late into the night watch. I remember so many mistakes, challenges and lessons learned.
I remember how in 2008 we saw 5 houses of prayer birthed in three months through the prayer strategy then called
Operation Rolling Thunder. By 2012 leaders had reported 36 prayer centers had been birthed which were responsible for launching 43 churches. That was the fruit of pray and obey. Leaders in 38 nations reported how they’d used the strategy to unite and mobilize the Church in their area. That’s when I quit trying to count.
In 2007 God began to speak to be about ARCs, Apostolic Resource Centers, and the coming culture war over marriage. That led to a revelation about covenant and the Church. This led to our transition from a non-profit (WMI) to a church and an association of churches and ministries that became KLI in 2011. One of the reasons we made that transition had to do with Church government which was founded before the US even became a nation, long before this thing we use today in America called a 501c3. If you want to know more about this testimony and revelation then I’d encourage you to see my book Structures and Strategies or use your access to our Kingdom Academy and go to the Officer Candidate School and see the course, How to Start a Ministry. Back to the memory. That transition took 18 months and finished in 2012.
I remember one of my original missions God gave me in 1991. It was to mobilize the Church as the army of the Lord to build His house of prayer for all nations. As time went on God gave me more revelation to the foundational vision. Part of that is incorporated in our logo. Look at our logo on the top left. Those 12 stars represented the councils of elders that would gather in the gates representing the five-fold and the 7 spheres of society. Each of those elders were to make disciples. I saw these councils turning into families, clans and tribes as they made disciples who made disciples who made disciples.
Where did that vision come from? It came from my understanding of the Roman legions of the day when Jesus declared in Matthew 26:53, “or do you not think that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He will provide me with more than 12 legions of angels?” I realized, He did not call for them then, because He had to go to the cross first. That was when I began to pray, Father, give me my 12 legions, on earth as it is in heaven.
Kingdom League International is as much a prophetic decree as it is a church and an association of churches and ministries. That’s a term that the IRS uses to describe organizations like us. We did not set out to become that, but we recognized what God had done. In their eyes that is what we are and we positioned ourselves to function as a Church within this nation. Did you know that civil government actually has no jurisdiction in Church business? We did this to prepare us and our people for the moral fight we’ve entered into through the culture war we find ourselves in this day.
Here are the 12 columns I see in this army. It represents the 7 spheres or 7 mountains within their respective jurisdictions. In the vision I saw a big stadium with each army gathered behind their flag, their banner, their army if you will, marching before our Lord, the King of Kings, passing in review rendering honor to Him with their salute. That is what I saw in a vision years ago. I’ve been praying for that army to come forth and here are some of the officers God has called to raise up armies of prayer warriors, evangelists, healings, deliverance ministers, prophets, innovators in business, creators in arts and media and so much more.

When you add in my accountability council which includes Al Houghton of Word at Work and Greg Daley, the former president of the International Fellowship of Ministers, friends, mentors, and co-laborers for almost 30 years, the span and depth go even further.
We are humbled and blessed beyond measure. We are very grateful for you and your partnership in the gospel. Each of these armies I saw are represented by ministers who are in league with us.
I teach our ministers that the primary purpose of giving is not to pay rent, turn the lights on, give to the poor or anything like that. The first purpose of our giving is worship to our heavenly Father. Inspired by what we see we in Hebrews we bring your offering to Jesus, and we worship our Lord. We ask Him to remember His sons and daughters and bless their family according to the covenant promise associated with each form of giving. Then, we follow Jesus’ example in Hebrews 7:25 and intercede upon your behalf.
I consider that our sacred duty as the altar is to be kept holy, set apart for our Lord. Why? Because we want to see you, your family and your assignment blessed.
Status Update & What is Coming in 2022
Censorship
Our report last year began with how we’d been censored. It’s only increased as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram have all censored or restricted me this past year. The latest news from FB is that even Kingdom League International’s account is restricted from advertising any events.
With this in mind, in 2022 we are moving our technologies and communication to other platforms. I refuse to comply with a lie. I will not shut up nor alter the truth for the sake of their demonic agenda.
Our assignments, our vision, missions and values have not changed. We are still devoted to fulfilling our Father’s assignment and the truth is, opposition only makes Brenda and I more determined.
Teach Me to Number My Days
As some of you know we both got COVID last September. As I recovered, I heard the Lord speak so very clearly out of Psalm 91:12 (see our blog for details). It says, to teach me to number my days that I might gain a heart of wisdom. Immediately, in an instant, 30 years of dreams, visions, words, experiences, testimonies, signs, wonders and results flashed before my eyes. I was so incredibly encouraged. At the same time, I was frustrated.
Why? Because “Breaking Christian News” had just run a piece on an Intercessor for America article that highlighted a county who’d been using 1Church1Day for the last 5 years.
I was frustrated because it seems we’ve served so few communities and I’m on a quest to discover how to serve more. With that in mind, I’m exploring starting a coaching/consulting business where I’ll focus on serving 7 mountain leaders passionate about transforming their community. I have 7 leaders who have joined me on the maiden voyage of my new coaching program. In the next 6 months you can expect to see this take form.

As you know, MT Horeb Prayer Center was bombed last December. They military also bombed the village next to the prayer center, in early January. They arrested and detained John Mark’s father-in-law for two days and they murdered an 80-year-old woman who served in our prayer house. They also shot a pastor on the same day.
Their families fled the village with nothing but the clothes on their back. The orphanage tripled in size in one day going from 20 to 60 as their family members sought refuge. One of the teachers they hired discovered that their father was murdered and his body burned. They also killed her grandmother.
John Mark took in their teacher's widowed mother as well.
On one hand we are so grieved by this persecution. At the same time, I’m grateful for their courage and the example they’ve set. They had the opportunity to leave the country as the military has targeted pastors, but they choose to stay and serve. They would not leave the orphans. They report constantly hearing shooting and bombing most every day.
Due to some generous saints who prayed and obeyed, we’ve had enough monies come in to take care their needs (clothing, shelter, food) for three months. We are working on delivering that aid to them now. Pray God protect them.
To see more pictures and videos click here. I have many pictures of their families and the people. But we don’t want to share many pictures online for they fear the military will discover them. Pray Psalm 91 for them.
Praying you are richly blessed in Jesus’ mighty name,
Tim Taylor
