Vaccine Protest Oct 3rd By Tim Taylor October 5, 2021 - Today we hosted Washington State’s apostolic and prophetic council to discover how the Church in our state can pray and collaborate to become an instrument regarding our Father’s will. I've been hosting these councils for years off an on and I believe this was our most effective one thus far. Here’s the status in each area followed by the scripture we can pray and proclaim.
Regarding "It's All in God's Hands"
Psalms 115:16 16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD's; But the earth He has given to the children of men.
God in His sovereignty chose to work through mankind. If everything was in God's hands crime would not rise, children would not be aborted, a godless form of government (socialism/Marxism) would not be promoted in our schools, parents rights would not be violated and.... the list goes on. God needs us to pray and then act in faith with wisdom for His will to be done. We are called to be "His hands extended." With this in mind, we need everyone to stand in the gap and build up a wall of prayer (Ezekiel 22:30 and Nehemiah 3-4). Then we've got to engage in society and speak and do the truth.

The Dream - The Rising Tide - September 17, 2021 (The night after the close of Yom Kippur)
I was walking on a beach with a man. The tide was out a long distance from where we were walking. He showed me two markers on the beach; they were like stakes pounded into the sand. He told me firmly that when the water reaches these stakes it is time to get to the land because once the incoming tide gets to this point it moves dangerously fast and will sweep you out into the ocean. At that point we started to do some kind of work on the beach. I felt very involved in the work, so much so that I did not realize that the surf had come up to my knees. I was surprised that it happened so fast. I looked for the markers and I noticed I was very close to them I also saw that the water had almost covered them and that I was in trouble because the tide was coming in dangerously fast just like the man said that it would. I began to run toward the shore with all my might. There were others who had been taken by surprise also. The man who I was working with was still in the water and running just ahead of me. He was stronger than me and was encouraging me to not give up. I was feeling like I would not make it but kept going. At one point I could barely touch the ground and I was sure I would have to swim. This did not feel good because I could sense that I would not be able to fight the current if I was not touching the ground. The man turned around and hollered, “don’t stop running, whatever you do don’t stop running!” I got a second wind and was able to get to a spot where I was not as deep in the water. All of us that were racing to shore had gotten to a place that we knew we were going to be OK.
Intercession: Father the tide is coming in fast right now and many are feeling overwhelmed. It appears that our adversaries are gaining the upper hand but we know that you are fully aware of their schemes. We stand on the scriptures above that speak to us. We will not give up and we will not back down in the face of perilous times. You are encouraging You church to not give up and to keep running the race despite what things may look like.

Proclaim:

He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The LORD shall hold them in derision.
- Hebrews 12:1-2 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God...
- 2 Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
- 1Corinthians 9:24 Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.
- Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me," Says the LORD.
Family Sphere
- Families will stand against covid restrictions and mandates that are brought on through fear and control. We shall tread on serpents and scorpions. Luke 10:19
- Families will prepare their hearts for the Messiah. They will make new covenants with God as they seek His face, putting time aside for Him. They will not let schooling take over the time that is God’s.
- Parents will direct their children back to how to deal with difficulties. We will root out every family curse through deliverance and be changed in to Christ’s image
- Lots of families getting covid …..
- Praying for healing in general - Psalm 103:2-5
- For those in the hospital, wisdom of nurses and doctors
- Continue to pray against abortion's evil strategy and the upcoming prayer walk in November in Olympia.
- Pray for wisdom for all leaders involved in leading prayer and action in support of God's agenda and against Satan's agenda. 1 John 3:8 for this purpose was the Son of God manifested to destroy the works of the evil one.
Education Sphere
- The liberal Left in our public education system is instituting a "Social Emotional Learning" agenda. Gender Transformation, Equity and Critical Race Theory all come under this banner. The worst deception is their attempt to undermine "absolutes" by introducing math without numbers. Pray for more people to stand up against school boards complying or advocating this agenda.
- Pray for the Christians on school boards, those teaching, and/or working for the public school system (against fear, for wisdom, for strength to keep up the good fight).
- Pray for the Christian schools that they not succumb to political pressure regarding covid, CRT, and sex education.
- Pray that the government not add more restrictions to homeschoolers as the homeschool community grows.
- Pray that students begin to evangelize at schools.
- Pray God give Christian Schools wisdom and courage to respond to the over-reach of a governor abusing the emergency powers act. Pray God give them wisdom.
- God makes all things work together for good. One of the benefits with the change in the educational landscape, this great reset, is that more parents are taking responsibility for their children's education and taking their children out of the corrupt public school system.
- Pray God give Sharon Hanek and Restore Washington wisdom and influence
- Pray for godly parents to arise taking charge of their families and their children's education
Government Sphere
The prayer targets from last month regarding integrity, office and agencies are still relevant. Click here for last month's prayer targets. In addition:
- Elections occur in November and typically only 30% participate in general. The Church is probably a little less. Pray the Church repent and engage fully. This is an opportune time where a minority can make a big impact.
- Check within your county for specific recommendations.
- Start with the GOP as they are typically more conservative on moral issues.
- The Left is seeking to re-district the states to give the Democrats an even greater advantage. It's helpful for Doug Basler who runs for Congress in the 8th district but is bad for most others. Pray our Father's will is done on earth as it is in heaven.
- Declare integrity in elections are restored, those who have broken the law are not only exposed but also brought to justice.
- Glenn Morgan of We the Governed has been canvassing to see if voters are legitimate. So far he's discovered 45-60% fraud. Many ballots are sent to addresses that do not exist or to people who moved out of state years ago.
- Scriptures to Proclaim
- Psalms 140:8 8 Do not grant, O LORD, the desires of the wicked; Do not further his wicked scheme, Lest they be exalted
- Psalms 141:5 5 Let the righteous strike me; It shall be a kindness.
- And let him rebuke me; It shall be as excellent oil;
Let my head not refuse it. For still my prayer is against the deeds of the wicked. - Psalms 140:11 11 Let not a slanderer be established in the earth; Let evil hunt the violent man to overthrow him."
- Psalms 109:2 2 For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful Have opened against me;
They have spoken against me with a lying tongue..... Psalms 109:8 8 Let his days be few, And let another take his office.
Business Sphere
The persecution against Christians is growing and now they are trying to force us out of jobs and business. With this in mind:
- We need to build another economy.
- We need people of courage who will not back down but rather war with the truth.
- If enough people say no and just stand up for their Constitutional Rights they would have to retreat.
- Remember Revelation 18 talks about the mystery harlot Babylon. it has a religious system a business system and a governmental system. God says in Revelation 18:4 "And I heard another voice from heaven saying, "Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues."
- Pray and proclaim that God's people, the remnant Church comes out of her and is joined to the Lord and His body, His Church, His Ekklesia.
- Declare Mathew 6:13...."deliver us from evil."
Media Sphere

- Pray for the building of an alternative media just like we declared the creation of another economy.
- Wisdom we learned from a man who owns a media business and also has been a candidate for Congress. He says we need:
- Pray for courageous men and women who will run for office, from the schoolboard to Congress who will not back down and are committed to speaking the truth.
- While social media can censor us because they are technically a private business mainstream media cannot censor a political ad of a candidate. They must play it.
- Pray for people who will run for office and speak the truth using ads like this on mainstream media.
Healthcare Sphere
- As we know, Governor Inslee is abusing his emergency powers act and even the WA State Supreme Court violated the State Constitution by requiring vaccines to be employed. Click State Supreme Court oversteps on mandating vaccine. Pray for:
- Justice to be restored and rights to be honored.
- Healthcare is a personal responsibility between an individual, their doctor, their conscience and their God.... not their governor.
- For God to vindicate us and deliver us an even promote many like Shadrach, Meshack and Abednego were in Daniel when the king tried to kill them. They came out of the trial without even the smell of smoke and the king was rebuked.
- For the Church to remember God's healing covenant which was purchased through Christ's sacrifice on the cross (1 Peter 2:24) and Christ's command for us to lay hands upon and pray for the sick (Mark 16:17-19) and that we would remember, God walks with us through any trial (Psalm 91 and Psalm 23), He is always with us and if we die, 2 Corinthians 5:10, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. No matter what the believers win.
- That being said, the scripture admonishes us to choose life, fulfill our destiny and to speak truth and demonstrate the Love of Christ and His power by praying for the sick and seeing them healed. Jesus got the victory over death, hell and the grave. He is the resurrection and the life.
