1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Kingdom League International (“KLI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

KLI operates KingdomLeague.org and hosts the One Church One Day strategy and online services.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• kingdomleague.org;

• 1church1day.org;

• map.1church1day.org;

• KLI and One Church One Day forms, newsletters, courses, donations, stores, registrations, and communications; and

• other KLI or One Church One Day services that link to this policy.

Tim Taylor Training LLC is a separate legal organization. Information collected directly through timtaylortraining.com is governed by the Tim Taylor Training LLC Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and communication preferences.

• Church, ministry, and organizational information: church, ministry, business, or organization name; website; position, title, ministry role, organizational type, and area of service.

• Membership and relationship information: information related to KLI membership, ministry credentials, covenant relationships, training, participation, leadership responsibilities, and areas of interest.

• Assessment and resource-request information: location, primary role, requested downloads, and responses you choose to provide.

• Map-registration information: nation, state or province, county or region, city, latitude and longitude, implementation status, organization information, public description or testimony, and choices about what may be displayed publicly.

• Connection information: name, email address, purpose, and message submitted when contacting a leader or organization listed on the map.

• Event and ministry-request information: event details, requested ministry or consultation, location, attendance, travel arrangements, speakers, honorarium information, and other details you provide.

• Donation, purchase, and account information: donation or product amount, transaction status, billing or shipping information, course enrollment, account activity, and customer-support history.

• Communications and content: questions, messages, testimonies, prayer requests, survey responses, and other information submitted through forms or correspondence.

Payment-card details are processed by our payment providers. We receive the transaction, billing, and donation information those providers make available to us, but we do not intend to store full payment-card numbers.

Sensitive information

Church affiliation, ministry roles, membership, testimonies, prayer requests, and participation in Kingdom League International or One Church One Day may reveal religious beliefs or associations.

We process this information only for the purposes described in this policy and, where required, with explicit consent or another legally permitted basis applicable to a religious organization.

Please do not submit:

• detailed medical or health information;

• confidential information about a child;

• a private prayer request about another person;

• a home address or security-sensitive location; or

• other sensitive information about someone else unless you have permission and it is necessary.

If KLI intentionally begins collecting identifiable health information through a dedicated prayer or ministry service, KLI will review whether a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and additional consent procedures are required.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location;

• browser, device, and operating-system information;

• referring page and pages visited;

• dates, times, duration, clicks, and other website interactions;

• security, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic information; and

• cookie identifiers and similar technical information.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from:

• payment and donation providers;

• website, email, course, and event platforms;

• churches, ministry leaders, event organizers, or KLI participants;

• Tim Taylor Training LLC when you request KLI or One Church One Day services or expressly consent to the referral; and

• other services you choose to use with our websites.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• operate the KLI and One Church One Day websites;

• provide ministry resources, downloads, training, courses, and requested services;

• administer donations, purchases, registrations, accounts, and refunds;

• respond to questions, prayer requests, event requests, and support inquiries;

• administer KLI relationships, memberships, training, and ministry activities;

• operate the One Church One Day map;

• review and approve map submissions;

• publish map information authorized for publication;

• privately route connection requests between participating leaders;

• connect churches, leaders, and organizations when requested;

• deliver requested resources and related service messages;

• send newsletters and promotional communications when permitted;

• maintain records of consent and communication preferences;

• understand and improve our websites, resources, and outreach;

• protect our websites, participants, and organization from fraud, abuse, and security threats;

• establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and

• satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Private map contact information is not made publicly visible.

4. The One Church One Day public map

Approved registrations may appear on a publicly accessible One Church One Day map.

Depending on the registration settings and information approved for publication, a listing may include:

• contact or leader name;

• organization name and website;

• ministry role or title;

• city, region, and nation;

• implementation or participation status; and

• a public description or testimony.

Email addresses and telephone numbers are not displayed publicly.

A visitor who wants to connect may submit a private contact form. We route the sender’s name, email address, stated purpose, and message to the listed participant so that the recipient may choose whether to respond.

Location information

The map uses submitted coordinates to position a marker. Coordinate values and street addresses are not displayed as text, but a marker can still reveal the mapped location.

Registrants should submit a city- or region-level coordinate rather than a home, confidential, or security-sensitive address. People in persecuted or otherwise high-risk regions should use a broad regional coordinate or refrain from registering publicly.

Public-information risks

Public information may be viewed, copied, indexed, photographed, or saved by other people. Removing a listing will remove it from services we control, but we cannot guarantee deletion of copies previously made by others.

You may request correction or removal of a map listing by contacting [privacy email or map-removal form].

Consent to publish a map listing is separate from consent to receive promotional communications from KLI, One Church One Day, or Tim Taylor Training LLC.

5. Legal bases for international visitors

Where European, United Kingdom, or similar privacy laws apply, we process personal information under one or more of these legal bases:

• Contract or requested steps: to provide a resource, registration, donation service, membership service, course, or other requested service.

• Consent: for optional marketing, nonessential cookies, publication choices, sensitive information, or other processing for which consent is required.

• Legitimate interests: to operate and secure the websites, answer inquiries, coordinate requested ministry activities, improve services, prevent misuse, and maintain appropriate organizational records.

• Religious-organization activities: where applicable law permits a nonprofit religious body to process information about members, former members, or people in regular contact with it, subject to applicable safeguards.

• Legal obligations: to maintain financial and organizational records and comply with valid legal requirements.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

• Website, course, hosting, and email providers, including systeme.io and related infrastructure providers;

• Security and performance providers, including Cloudflare, Google reCAPTCHA, and content-delivery providers;

• Mapping providers, including OpenStreetMap and CARTO;

• Payment, donation, and commerce providers, including [identify the providers actually used];

• Analytics, communications, customer-support, accounting, legal, and professional-service providers that help us operate;

• Map participants, when you request a private connection;

• Churches, ministers, event organizers, or KLI participants, when needed to fulfill a request you make;

• Tim Taylor Training LLC, when you request its books, training, consulting, or other services, or expressly consent to the disclosure;

• The public, for map information, testimonies, or other content you authorize us to publish;

• Legal authorities or other parties, when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property; and

• A successor organization, in connection with a merger, restructuring, or transfer of organizational assets or responsibilities.

Service providers may process information under their own privacy policies when acting independently.

We do not sell personal information for money. Based on our current practices, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. If those practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required controls before beginning them.

7. Cookies and online tracking

The websites may use:

• Necessary technologies for security, form submission, checkout, donations, account access, and basic website operation;

• Preference technologies that remember user selections;

• Analytics technologies that help us understand website use; and

• Third-party technologies associated with reCAPTCHA, maps, video, course delivery, or other embedded services.

Where consent is legally required, nonessential technologies will not be activated until you make a choice through our cookie notice. You may change your selection through [Cookie Settings link or button].

You may also restrict cookies through your browser, although doing so may affect website functionality.

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for these signals, our websites do not currently respond differently to them. We do not currently use information to track visitors across unaffiliated websites for targeted advertising. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, we will honor that signal for activities covered by the law.

Third-party services may collect technical or online-activity information when their features load. Their collection is governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. Marketing communications

We send promotional email only as permitted by applicable law and our recorded communication preferences.

The following choices must be separate from promotional-email consent:

• submitting a prayer or ministry request;

• making a donation or purchase;

• registering for the public map;

• requesting a private leader connection; and

• requesting a specific download or service.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that we can continue honoring your opt-out.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Our intended retention schedule is:

• newsletter information: until you unsubscribe, followed by a minimal suppression record;

• contact, prayer, ministry, and event inquiries: ordinarily up to 24 months after the inquiry is resolved;

• map registrations: while the listing remains active, with an annual accuracy review;

• inactive map registrations: removed from public view and nonessential information deleted after 24 months without confirmation;

• map connection messages: ordinarily up to 12 months after routing;

• membership and ministry-relationship records: while the relationship remains active and for [retention period] afterward;

• course or service accounts: while active and ordinarily up to 24 months afterward;

• donation, purchase, and tax records: for the legally required period, ordinarily up to seven years;

• public testimonies and authorized content: while published with permission or until removal is appropriate; and

• security and technical logs: ordinarily up to 12 months.

We may retain information longer when required to comply with law, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, enforce an agreement, preserve a legal claim, or maintain legitimate church or organizational records. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

10. International processing

Kingdom League International is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries in which they operate.

When applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an approved transfer mechanism or require the relevant provider to do so.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, secure connections, limited staff access, service-provider review, backups, and security monitoring.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for the service requested.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• request access to personal information we hold about you;

• request correction of inaccurate information;

• request deletion;

• obtain a portable copy of information you provided;

• restrict or object to certain processing;

• withdraw consent;

• opt out of marketing;

• request correction or removal of a public map listing;

• opt out of a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising if we ever engage in such activity;

• appeal the denial of a privacy request where applicable; and

• complain to an appropriate privacy or data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, contact [privacy email] and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Certain rights are subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may need to retain donation, transaction, membership, or legal records.

13. Children’s privacy

The websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Map registration, donations, purchases, and membership features are intended for adults.

Do not submit a child’s personal information, testimony, precise location, photograph, or prayer request through our forms. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so that we can review and delete it as appropriate.

14. Third-party websites and services

Our websites may link to Tim Taylor Training, Amazon, YouTube, social networks, payment providers, mapping services, and other third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of third-party services.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our ministries, websites, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date.

If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required, such as through the website or by email.
